In anticipation of the new season, an announcement listing the NBC Premier League commentators is now out.

Kicking off the 2021-22 season, Brentford, who make their Premier League debut and play their first season in England’s top flight in 75 years, host Arsenal this Friday at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN and Universo. Arlo White will call the match, joined by former Premier League footballers Lee Dixon and Graeme Le Saux, live from Brentford Community Stadium.

Coverage begins Friday at 1 p.m. ET on NBCSN with a special two-hour, season-opening edition of Premier League Live, hosted by Rebecca Lowe alongside former Jamaica National Team player Robbie Earle and former Premier League footballer Robbie Mustoe. White, Dixon and Le Saux will provide pre- and post-match commentary from a pitch-side desk.

On Saturday, August 14, Watford, which secured promotion back to the Premier League after one season in the Championship, host Aston Villa at 10 a.m. ET on Peacock

Then at 12:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, last season’s EFL Championship winners Norwich City return to the Premier League after a one-year absence and host Mohamed Salah and Liverpool on NBC, Peacock and Universo. White, Dixon and Le Saux will call the match.

This season, Peacock will stream all games airing on the NBC broadcast network live. In addition, Peacock will feature studio shows, full match replays and the Premier League TV channel. All matchdays and windows exclusively on Peacock will feature NBC Sports’ Premier League studio coverage.

Season-opening match

To kick off the season, there is just one game on Friday, August 13. Newly promoted Brentford host Arsenal at 3 p.m. ET

On the call for the match will be NBC’s premier play-by-play voice, Arlo White. White is joined by analysts Lee Dixon and Graeme Le Saux.

To emphasize, the game is live on NBCSN, Universo, fubo TVSling BlueHulu + Live TV.

NBC Premier League commentators for Saturday

Following the one debut game on Friday, Saturday boasts seven Premier League games. Moreover, many of the NBC Premier League commentators reprising their roles.

To begin, Manchester United welcomes rivals Leeds to Old Trafford at 7:30AM ET, with a slew of games following. Notably, Watford and Norwich make their returns to the Premier League. Also, major clubs such as Liverpool and Chelsea begin their seasons with high expectation.

7:30 a.m. — Manchester United vs. Leeds United. NBCSN, Universo, fubo TVSling BlueHulu + Live TV — Jim Proudfoot and Jim Beglin

The NBC Premier League commentators for Sunday all called games on Saturday. Additionally, Arlo White, Lee Dixon and Graeme Le Saux commentated the season-opening match on Friday.

Additional Programming

To go along with the start of the season, NBC is bringing back their pre- and post-match coverage programs. Before the first game on Saturday and Sunday, Premier League Mornings gets fans caught up before games kick off. As has been noted, Friday will see a special, two-hour long pre-match show.
